Our homes are designed to support adults with learning disabilities who may also have a physical disability, sensory impairment, dementia or various other needs.
That's why we give emphasis to the qualities of respect , digniity, choice , individuality and enabling them to aim to acheive their goals. We have many years of experience with supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health issues and can devise an individually tailored, person centred plan, dependant on each persons wishes and needs.
Our supported living service enables people to live in their own home, whether as tenants, alone or with others.
We provide support to people facing various and complex challenges, who may have various needs. We support each person as an individual and follow a person-centred approach to all the support we provide.
We can offer support from just a couple of hours a week to up to 24-hours a day throughout the year, depending on a person's preferences and needs. We encourage people to increase their confidence and independence with needs led support. We encourage people to use local services and activities and to get involves in the local community.
