Karen has 30 years experience in supporting adults and children with learning disabilities/sensory impairments and physical disabilities. Karen is a registered nurse for people with learning disabilities and is the registered manager of the group.

Claire is the business manager of the group and has a wide knowledge of all aspects of support we provide.
Clinical Manager
Simon Appleby
Simon worked as a Paramedic for 18 years with the last 3 as an Operations Officer with the Southwestern Ambulance Service. Was qualified as a Bronze Commander for major incidents. Led a team dealing with reducing the number of ambulances sent to some emergency calls and also liaising with GPs to reduce the number ambulances sent to doctors surgery. He also worked as an Operations Officer dealing with performance management in the clinical hub.

Zoe manages our short breaks/respite services and has 10 years of experience working with adults and children with varying support needs and brings a huge level of knowledge to her role.
